Dr. Rhear completed his Bachelor’s degree at Lambuth University and went on to complete medical school at The University of Tennessee in Memphis. Dr. Rhear is grateful to be serving in the community of Crockett County. “God sent me here,” says Dr. Rhear. “And I’m glad He did.”

Dr. Carroll received his Bachelor’s degree from Freed-Hardeman University and went on to complete medical school at The University of Tennessee. Loren completed his residency at the UT Family Medicine Center in Jackson, TN. Loren’s choice to practice in Crockett County was simple. “There is no place like home,” says Dr. Carroll.

Kristin completed her undergraduate education at Jackson State Community College where she received her Associates degree and then went on to The University of Memphis where she received her Bachelor’s degree. Kristin completed her graduate education at Union University. Kristin’s goal when attending college was to one day return to her hometown and give back to the community that gave so much to her. “It is truly a blessing to provide care to the families in and around this county.”
Donna received her Associates degree from the University of Memphis and her BSN from Union University. She went on to complete her graduate education at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. Donna has called Crockett County home for 43 years and feels it is an honor to work and serve her neighbors. Donna says this about the people of Crockett County, “No one shows up to help their neighbors in need like Crockett County citizens.”
Lori completed her undergraduate and graduate education at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. Lori has lived in Crockett County for over 25 years is eager to take care of those within the community near and dear to her.
Karen received her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee at Martin and her BSN and MSN from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Karen is a life-long resident of Crockett County and has been practicing in the community for more than 18 years. “I love my hometown and treating its residents.”
